Captured in Central-Eastern Atlantic (FAO 34) and Western Indian (FAO 51)

Preparation

 
Sear tuna 60 seconds on both sides.
Remember to defrost the tuna steak in the refrigerator the day before.
Preheat a pan with a spoonful of oil.
Add salt to taste and cook the tuna steak for 60 seconds each side
Serve with potatoes, salad or rice. Everyone will love it
