Only yellowfin tuna
Species: Thunnus Albacares
Captured in the central-Eastern Atlantic sea (FAO 34) and Western Indian sea (FAO 51)

Preparation

 
Sea tuna 60 seconds on both sides.
Remember to defrost the tuna steak in the refrigerator the day before.
Preheat a pan with a spoonful of oil.
Add salt to taste and cook the tuna steak for 60 seconds each side
Serve with potatoes, salad or rice. Everyone will love it
