GRILLED TUNA WITH AVOCADO AND TOMATOES

Ingredients

 

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 small avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Preparation

 

  • Defrost the tuna steaks in the refrigerator (12 hours).
  • Once defrosted, season the tuna steaks with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • On a grill with a tablespoon of oil, sear the tuna steaks, 60 seconds on each side, leaving the inside raw. Set aside.
  • Cut avocados and tomatoes into dice, add chopped parsley and season to taste. Serve
