GRILLED TUNA WITH AVOCADO AND TOMATOES

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 2 small avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
Preparation
- Defrost the tuna steaks in the refrigerator (12 hours).
- Once defrosted, season the tuna steaks with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- On a grill with a tablespoon of oil, sear the tuna steaks, 60 seconds on each side, leaving the inside raw. Set aside.
- Cut avocados and tomatoes into dice, add chopped parsley and season to taste. Serve
