TUNA SKEWERS, ON A BED OF TOMATOES AND POTATOES

Ingredients

 

  • diced tuna
  • 8 small potatoes
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

 

  • Mix in a bowl two tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Let stand 2 minutes and marinade the washed potatoes with the oil sauce.
  • Place the potatoes in skewers and bake at 200 degrees, for about 40 minutes. Set aside.
  • Season the diced tuna with a pinch of salt and pepper.
