TUNA TATAKI AND SALAD

Ingredients
- 2 Tuna steaks
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Lettuce
- A medium size onion
- A tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Elaboration
- Defrost the tuna steaks in the refrigerator (12 hours).
- Cut the lettuce, tomatoes and onion and mix. Set aside
- Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet with oil, sear the tuna steaks on each side, 60 seconds on each side, leaving the inside raw. Set aside
- Toast the bread and dress the tuna with the salad and season to taste.
