Ingredients
- Tuna tataki
- 300 gr of long grain rice
- A tablespoon of virgin olive oil
- A tablespoon of butter
- Salt
- White pepper
Preparation
- Cook the long grain rice for the time indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging and, once ready, sauté with a little butter. Set aside
- Sear the peppered tuna loin in a little oil, turn and turn, leaving the inside raw.
- Cut it into medallions.
- Set the tuna medallions on the bed of rice and serve
