Ingredients

  • Tuna tataki
  • 300 gr of long grain rice
  • A tablespoon of virgin olive oil
  • A tablespoon of butter
  • Salt
  • White pepper

Preparation

 

  • Cook the long grain rice for the time indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging and, once ready, sauté with a little butter. Set aside
  • Sear the peppered tuna loin in a little oil, turn and turn, leaving the inside raw.
  • Cut it into medallions.
  • Set the tuna medallions on the bed of rice and serve
