Cook two French omelettes with the 4 eggs.
Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cheddar cheese.
Cut and heat the artisan bread for a few seconds in the pan.
Mix the mustard with the honey in a bowl.
Place all the ingredients on the bread: French omelette, lettuce, hamburger, tomato, cheese, onion, arugula and the honey mustard sauce.
