Ingredients

 

  • 2 Tuna burgers ATUNLO
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 eggs
  • Lettuce
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Artesian bread
  • Arugula leaves
  • A pinch of salt
  • Mustard
  • Honey
  • Olive oil
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

 

  • Fry the Atunlo tuna patties back and forth in the pan (60 seconds on each side) with a drop of oil and a pinch of salt.
    Note: If you do not have the Atunlo burger in your supermarket, you can make it with tuna steaks (225 g of frozen tuna, fresh chives, 1 small beaten egg, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs or flour, half a teaspoon of garlic powder or a small clove of crushed garlic, minced parsley, Salt and pepper. Cut the steaks into very small pieces, and mix all the ingredients until you get a compact mass)
  • Cook two French omelettes with the 4 eggs.
  • Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cheddar cheese.
  • Cut and heat the artisan bread for a few seconds in the pan.
  • Mix the mustard with the honey in a bowl.
  • Place all the ingredients on the bread: French omelette, lettuce, hamburger, tomato, cheese, onion, arugula and the honey mustard sauce.
  • Enjoy it!
